Recruiting and Onboarding
- Target Audience: Individuals from various professional backgrounds, including but not limited to education, healthcare, finance, engineering, social services, and accounting (nonprofit).
- Onboarding Process: Comprehensive orientation sessions to familiarize volunteers with MCRA’s mission, programs, and the specific roles they will play.
Training and Development
- Skills Training: Ongoing training sessions to equip volunteers with the necessary skills to lead and support community projects effectively.
- Leadership Development: Opportunities for volunteers to develop leadership skills by taking charge of specific initiatives and mentoring newer volunteers.
