What is the C4 Community Building & Engagement?

The MCRA C4 Community Building and Engagement team is dedicated to fostering strong, vibrant communities through meaningful connections and collaborative initiatives. This program focuses on four “Cs”: Community, Creation, Clean Up, and Connection. We work closely with local residents, businesses, and organizations to create opportunities for engagement, whether through neighborhood events, youth initiatives, or volunteer efforts.

Our goal is to empower individuals to take an active role in shaping their communities, ensuring that everyone has a voice and a stake in the future of Baton Rouge. By cultivating partnerships and encouraging civic participation, we strive to build a more inclusive, resilient, and connected community.
